Frankfurt, Germany

Day 25

I woke up to breakfast, packing, and more goodbyes. Then Roland's girlfriend took me to the train station. My train ride went well, and when I arrived in Frankfurt, I didn't have to look long for the hostel because it was right beside the train station! So I checked in, caught up on the computer, walked around Frankfurt for a bit, ate dinner, and worked out. And that was pretty much today - a lazy travel day.

Day 26

I woke up to my roommate's alarm and went out to breakfast with her. Then I went for a walk by the river. After my walk, I worked out and grabbed a bite to eat. Next I had a glorious nap, and afterwards, I went out for another walk. On the way, I grabbed two dinners and shopped at H&M. When I finally returned to the hostel, I sat at the hostel's bar with my roommate before going to bed. So, another pretty chill day.

Day 27

I woke up to a money loss fiasco, which was luckily returned to me before I ate breakfast. Then I walked around the city and bought a backpack. After quite a bit of exploring, I came back to the hostel for a nap. Then went back out to walk and sight see more parts of Frankfurt. I ended up eating four mini dinners by the time I got back to the hostel. Then I Skyped my family and went to bed.

Day 28

Again, I woke up with my roommate Carmen to eat breakfast at the hostel. After breakfast I worked out in my room. (Shocking, I know.) Then I walked to the river and sat at a bench, enjoying the warm day. I came back to the hostel for lunch, and later went walking in downtown Frankfurt. I found the most expensive shopping street where the Channel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tiffany's, Gucci and Armani stores were. When I got tired of walking around, I came back to the hotel for a four hour nap. When I woke up, I ate dinner before going to bed. Though it may sound like I have just been a bum the past four days, I have really enjoyed the time to recuperate and explore. Oh, and HAPPY 4th of July!!
